THE BALSAMIC VINEGAR
OF MODENA PONTI HD

The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti HD is obtained from the blend of cooked musts, coming from seven grape varieties, and precious wine vinegar. A slow heating and concentration process, in appropriate open container, exalts the typical aromas of cooked must and the intense bouquet leaving an harmonic taste. The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti HD matures in small oak vats for minimum 2 months.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
APPEARANCE: dense and clear.
COLOR: dark brown shiny.
BOUQUET: complex with a unique note of compote (cooked prunes, baked apples), tamarind and quince.
TASTE: full, round, great balance sweet and sour, persistent, strong aromas of cooked must, black cherry jam and red fruits (cherry and sour cherries).
AFTERTASTE: pleasant and harmonious for the palate, intense and persistent.
HOW TO USE IT: ideal cold on grilled meats, game meat, aged cheeses, vanilla ice cream. Excellent for baking hot.
